1. Step out with the left foot to a left middle stance and perform a left 3 count (slow) punch.

2-3. Perform a stationary right and left double punch.

4. Step the left to the right foot in a closed stance, then step out with the right foot to a right middle stance, and perform a right 3 count (slow) punch.

5-6. Perform a left and right stationary double punch

7. Step the right foot to a 45 degree angle, right front stance and perform a right outward block with the inner forearm.

8-10. Perform a left front kick, landing in a left front stance, and stationary double, left and right punch

22. Perform a left forward turning side kick

23.  Landing in a left front stance, perform a right forearm strike, bringing the left hand to the right elbow

24. Step with the left foot to the right foot in a closed stance, double guarding blocks

25-26. Perform a pick up, right side kick, landing in a right front stance, and perform a left forearm strike, placing the right hand on the left elbow

27. Step to the left, 90 degrees, and perform open hand square blocks

28. Step with the right foot to a right front stance and perform a left downward palm block and right spear thrust.

29. Perform a 180 degree, right turn, stepping with the right foot to an "L" stance, and perform square blocks

30. Step forward with the left foot to a left front stance, and perform a right downward palm block and left spear thrust

31. Step 90 degrees to the left and perform a left front stance, left outward block with the outer forearm

32. Perform a right stationary reverse punch

33. Step forward with the right foot and perform a right outward block with the outer forearm

35. Jump, landing on the left foot, in a an "X" stance and perform a left crescent back first strike and Kiyup

36. Turn right and perform a right front stance, twin inner forearm blocks

37. Step the right foot to the left foot in a closed stance, and then step out to a left front stance, performing inner forearm blocks

38. Left foot return to ready position.
