
41-42. Perform a pick up right 180 degree spin
heel kick, landing in a L stance, double ridge hand guarding blocks.
43-44. Perform a left reverse 180 degree jump
spin heel kick, landing in a left L stance, and execute a right reverse punch at
a face level in a sprinter’s stance, and pivot back to a left L stance, double
guarding blocks.
45. Load the left foot to a balance position on
the right inner knee, and perform a left knife hand downward block.
46-48. Perform a pick up left leg front
kick/side kick combination, stepping down to the left to a left X stance, and
perform high crossing blocks.

49. Pick up right foot to the left inner knee,
and perform a right crescent back fist strike.
50-52. Perform a pick up right leg front
kick/side kick combination, stepping down to the right to a right X stance, and
perform downward crossing blocks.
53. Step the left foot down to a middle stance
and execute twin low blocks.
54-55. Perform a right leg sweeping motion to
the center, landing back in your middle stance, and execute a left parallel
front punch.

56-57. Perform a left leg sweeping motion to the
center, landing back in your middle stance, and execute a right parallel front
punch.
58. Twist right to a right front stance and
execute a left upper cut.
59-60. Step the left foot to the right foot (45
degree angle) and perform a right lead leg twist kick, step down to the right to
a right front stance and execute a left single knuckle hook punch at temple
level.
Right foot returns to ready position.
