1. From the closed "A" ready position, step to the left to a left "L" stance and perform square blocks

2. Maintaining the "L" stance, perform a right inverted knife hand strike, and pull the left fist back to the chest

3. Pull the left foot up to a cat stance and then step out with the left foot to a middle stance, and perform a left middle punch

4. Step together, left to the right foot, step out with the right foot to an "L" stance and perform square blocks.

5. Perform a stationary left inverted knife hand strike, bring the right fist to the chest

6. Pull up to a cat stance, step the right foot to a middle stance and perform a right middle punch

7. Step the right foot to the left foot, performing a closed stance, double guarding blocks

8. Reload for double guarding blocks, and perform a slow pickup of the left foot, tucking your left foot behind the right knee, while performing left double guarding blocks.

9. Perform a pick up left leg side kick

10. Landing in a left middle "L" stance,  execute double knife hand guarding blocks

11. Step forward with the right foot to a right "L" stance, double knife hand guarding blocks

12. Step forward with the left foot to a left "L" stance, double knife hand guarding blocks

13. Step forward and perform a right spear thrust to the solar plexus, while executing a left downward palm block

14. Load the right hand to the right hip and the left hand to the right cheek, and perform a reverse turn with the left foot to form a left L stance, square blocks

15. In an "L' stance, perform a right inverted knife hand strike, bring the left fist the chest

16. Pull up to a cat stance, with the left foot, and perform a left middle punch in a middle stance

17. Step the left foot to the right foot in a closed stance, then step out with the right foot to an "L" stance, and perform square blocks

18. Perform a stationary left inverted knife hand strike, bring the right fist back to the chest

19. Pull the right foot back to a cat stance, step out with the right foot, to a middle stance, and perform a right middle punch

22. Landing in a right front stance, perform a left reverse punch

27. Landing in a closed stance, step the left foot to a left "L" stance, performing doubling guarding blocks

28. Step the left foot to the right foot, to a closed stance, then step the right foot to a right "L" stance, double guarding blocks and Kiyup, right foot return to closed B ready stance
