White Belt One Steps
1. Ready position, step forward with the right foot to a right back stance and
perform a right middle block. Step with the right foot middle stance and
execute a right single knife hand strike at neck level. Perform a right pickup
sidekick at belt level, step the right foot down to a right front stance and
execute a left reverse punch to the mid-section. Step back with the right foot
to a left back stance, double guarding blocks. Right foot returns to ready
position.
2. Ready position: Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and execute a
right high block, triple punch combination. Execute a pick up lead leg round
kick, step the right foot to the left foot, step the left foot back to a right
back stance, double guarding blocks. Left foot returns to the ready position.
3. Step forward to a left front stance and perform a right inward block
with the outer forearm. Perform a left, right and left triple punch at
face level. Perform a pickup left hook kick. Step the left down to a left middle stance
and single knife hand strike,
step together double guarding blocks.
4. Step back with the left foot to a right middle stance, double guarding
blocks. Perform a left leg forward turning round kick, and step the left foot
down to a left front stance, and left low block. Execute a right and left double
punch to the mid section. Step back with left foot to a right middle stance,
double guarding blocks. Left foot back to the ready position.
