1. Step left to a middle stance, and perform a left inward palm block

2-3. Perform a stationary right and left double punch

4. Step with the right foot to a right L stance and perform square blocks

5. Perform a stationary left swinging upper cut, bringing the right hand to the chest

6. Pull the right foot to a cat stance, and then step out to a middle stance, performing a right middle punch

7. Swing the right open hand  in a clockwise direction, performing a straight armed knife hand strike, shoulder level

8. Step forward with the left foot to a left front stance, and perform a left lead single punch

9. Step 90 degrees to the left and perform a left front stance and left low block

10. Step forward to a right front stance and perform a right single lead punch

11. Grab your right fist with your left hand, and pull forward the read leg to a parallel stance, simulating an headlock.   Perform a right leg side kick, landing in a L stance.  (Combination movement) 

12. Perform a single knife hand strike

13. Step forward with the left foot to a left front stance and perform a left lead hand punch

14. Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and perform a right lead hand punch, and Kiyup

15. Make a 3/4 reverse turn, stepping with the left foot, to a L stance, and perform double knife hand guarding blocks

16. Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and perform a left downward block, right spear thrust combination

17. Pick up the right while pivoting on the left foot, and make a reverse turn to left L stance, double knife hand guarding blocks

18-20.  Perform consecutive, right and left rear leg turning round kicks, landing in an left L stance, double knife hand guarding blocks

21.  Step left, 90 degrees, to a left front stance and perform a left low block

22. Step the left foot to a L stance, and perform a right reverse punch

23. Step forward to a right L stance and perform a left reverse punch

24. Step forward to a left L stance and perform a right reverse punch

25.  Shift the left foot to a left front stance and perform double crossing blocks

26. Step forward with the right foot to a left reverse L stance, and perform double elbow strikes, and Kiyup                 

27. Step with the left foot, counterclockwise (270 degree turn), chambering the left hand high and the right low.   Perform a stationary left low block and right outward block with the inner forearm, following immediately by a right low block and left outward block with the inner forearm

28. Step forward with the left foot to a left L stance and double knife hand guarding blocks

29.  Step the left foot to the right foot, in a closed stance, and step out again with the right foot to a right L stance, double knife hand guarding blocks
