Heaven Held Hand Ready Position

1. From the heaven held position, extend the left leg (with a knife edge on the left foot), and extend both arms to outward palm blocks

2. Step forward to a wide stance, and perform a right reverse upset punch in slow pressing motion (a three count)

3. Step forward to a wide stance, and perform a left reverse upset punch in a slow pressing motion (a three count)

4. Step the left forward (in front of the right foot), then step out with the right foot to a right front stance, and perform a right outward "C" block

5. Step back with the right foot to a left L stance and perform low double knife hand guarding blocks

6. Step the right forward (in front of the left foot), then step out with the left foot to a left front stance, and perform a left outward "C" block

7. Step the left back to a right L stance and perform double knife hand blocks

8. Step the left foot forward to a left cat stance and perform double knife hand guarding blocks

9-10. Chamber the arms parallel and step forward with the left foot, clockwise 180 degrees, then step backwards with the right foot to a left wide stance and perform a right upward palm block, while rotating the hips to a left front stance.

11. Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and perform a left upward palm block

12. Step the left foot to the right foot in a closed stance, rotating the arms and perform a right inward knife hand strike into the palm of the left hand

13. Perform double guarding blocks to the left and then perform a stationary left, knee level sidekick

14. Perform a stationary lead leg side kick to a higher level

15. Land in a left L stance and perform a right inverted knife hand strike, bring the left fist back to the chest

16. Bring the left foot to the right foot in a parallel stance and perform a left downward hammer strike

17b. Perform a stationary right side kick, knee level

18. Perform a stationary right mid-level side kick

19. Step down to a right L stance and perform a left inverted knife hand strike, bringing the right hand to the chest

21. Step forward with the left foot to a left front stance and perform pressing blocks, ending with the left hand high and the right hand low

22. Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and perform pressing blocks, ending with the right hand high and the left hand low

23. Step backwards with the right foot, performing a stomping motion, land in a middle stance and perform a right crescent back fist

24. Shift the rear foot, performing a right front stance, and twin inner forearm block

25. Perform a stationary left reverse low block

26. Perform a right lead spear thrust strike

27. Step the left, landing in a middle stance, and perform a left crescent back fist

29. Perform a skipping back motion and perform a right low block

30. Perform a left lead hand spear strike

31. Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and perform twin vertical punches

32. Pull the left foot to a cat stance, turning left 90 degrees, and step out to a left front stance, performing twin upset punches

33. Perform a right lead leg front kick

34. Step forward with the right foot, then take another step with the left foot in a clockwise turn to the right, and step to a right L stance, double guarding blocks

35. Step forward with the left foot to a left front stance, and perform a left lead hand punch

36. Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and perform twin upset punches

37. Perform a left front kick
