1. Step back with the right foot to a left L stance, and perform window crossing blocks

2. Keeping your hands in the blocking position, perform a right twist kick

3-4. Land in a right front stance and perform a right and left punch

5. Step backward with the right foot to a left front stance and perform a left high block

6. Perform a stationary left low block

7. Perform a stationary pressing palm block with both hands

8. Pick up the left foot, snapping it to the right leg, and perform double guarding blocks at a 45 degree angle

9. Step down with the left foot to a middle stance and perform a left upward palm block

10-11. Performa stationary right punch and left supported back fist

12. Step with the right foot back, then the left foot forward (turning clockwise), to a left L stance and perform double knife hand strikes

13. Perform a left lead leg front kick

14-15. Step down to a left front stance and perform left and right spear thrusts

16-17. Perform a right forward turning side kick, and reverse turn (counterclockwise) to a left L stance and perform double guarding blocks

18. Step forward with the right foot, reversing your direction, to a left L stance, double guarding blocks

19. Step backwards with the left foot to a left L stance, double knife hand blocks

20. Step with the right foot to middle stance and perform nine blocks

21. Step with the right food in a counterclockwise direction to a left front stance, and perform an open hand left down block

22. Perform a rear leg, forward turning right round kick

23. Step down and perform a step together lead leg, right side kick

24. Step down to a right front stance and perform twin vertical punches

25. Perform stationary twin palm pushes

26. Perform a stationary, 45 degree angle, left upset punch

27. Step with the left foot, counterclockwise 90 degrees, to a left front stance and perform a right supported forearm strike

28. Jump on the left foot to an X stance and perform twin inner forearm strikes

29. Step the left foot out to a middle stance and perform a right upward palm block

30. Perform a stationary left punch

31. Perform a right supported back fist

32. Step with the left foot to a left front stance and perform a double ridge hand strikes

33-34. Perform a right leg, forward turning round kick, pull the right knee up to a chambered position, facing the opposite direction.  Step back with the right foot to a left front stance and perform twin vertical punches

35. Shift the left foot to a left L stance and perform simulated, left hand grab, and right upper cut strike

36. Step the right foot through to a middle stance and perform nine blocks

37. Perform stationary, left circular ridge hand blocks

38. Perform stationary, right circular ridge hand blocks

39. Step through with the left foot in a clockwise direction, and perform W blocks

40. Step through with the left foot in a clockwise direction, and perform W blocks

41. Step through with the right foot to a right front stance and perform a right high block

42. Perform a stationary left punch

43. Double step, turning left, a left front stance and perform a left high block

44. Perform a stationary right reverse punch and Kiyup.

Right Foot Returns To Ready Position
