1. Step left to a left front stance and perform a left outward block with the outer forearm

2. Perform a stationary right reverse punch

3. Double step to the right and perform a right outward block with the outer forearm

5. Step left to a left L stance and perform double knife hand guarding blocks

6. Step the right foot to a right front stance and perform a left downward palm block and right spear thrust to the mid section

7. Perform a right hand "breakaway" and reverse step with the left foot, in a counter clockwise direction, to a left front stance and perform a left crescent back fist

8. Step forward to a right front stance and perform a right crescent back fist

9.  Perform a 3/4 reverse turn to a left front stance and perform a left outward block with the outer forearm

10. Perform a stationary right reverse punch

11.  Double step to the right, and perform a right outward block with the outer forearm, in a front stance

12.  Perform a stationary left stationary reverse punch

13.  Step to a left cat stance, then step out to a left front stance, double outer forearm blocks, with the outer forearm

14.  Perform a right front kick, landing in a right front stance

15. Perform a right stationary lead punch

16. Perform a left stationary reverse punch

17. Pull the right foot to a right cat stance, step out to a right front stance,  and perform double outward blocks with the outer forearms.

18.  Perform a left front kick, landing in a left front stance

19-20.  Perform a left and a right stationary punch

21.  Step to a left front stance and perform a left high block

22. Step to a right front stance and perform a right high block

23. Perform a 3/4 reverse turn to a middle stance and perform a left knife hand strike

24. Slide step the left foot to the right foot, and step out to a middle stance with the right foot, while performing a right knife hand strike and Kiyup.
