3a. Reverse your hands and load the knife hand block.
3. Turn right to a right back stance and perform double knife hand guarding blocks.

5. Turn left, front stance and low block. 
6. Step right, front stance, right punch.
7. Step to a left front stance and left punch. 
8. Step to a right front stance and right punch (Kiai).

9a. Reverse the hands, placing the right hand on the right hip, and the left hand up to the right cheek.
9. Reverse turn, stepping with the left foot, to square blocks in a back stance.
10. Step to a right front stance and right punch. 
11. Turn 180 degrees to the right and square block in a back stance. 
12. Step to a left front stance and left punch.

13-14. Turn left to left front stance and perform a low block, high block combination.
15. Step to a front stance and right high block. 
16. Step to a front stance and left high block.
17. Step to a front stance and right high block (Kiai).

18. Reverse turn to a left back stance and left knife hand strike.
19. Step to a right front stance and right punch.
20. Turn 180 degrees to the right and right knife hand strike.
21. Step to a left front stance and left punch.
