11. Step forward with the left foot to a left front stance and perform twin vertical punches 12. Step forward with the right foot to a right front stance and perform twin upset punches and Kiyap 13. Double step and turn to your left 180 degrees, to a left front stance, and perform twin high crossing blocks 14. Step the left foot 90 degrees to the left, to a left L stance and perform a left back fist strike 15. Perform a stationary left inward twisting, "break away" movement 16. Shift the left foot to a left front stance and perform a right reverse punch 17. Step the left foot to the right foot, forming a closed stance, then step the right foot out to a right L stance, and perform a right back fist strike 18. Perform a stationary right inward twisting, "break away" movement 19. Shift the right foot to a right front stance and perform a left reverse punch 20. Step the right to the left foot to a closed stance, step out with the left foot to a front stance, and perform twin inner forearm blocks 21. Pull up to a cat stance, then step out to a left L stance, and perform a left lead hand punch 22-23.
