2. Perform a lead leg front kick with the ball of the foot, stepping to an L stance

3. Step forward to a right cat stance and perform a right upward palm block

4. Make a 180 degree right turn to a right L stance, and perform a right ridge hand block

5. Perform a right lead leg front kick with the ball of the foot, stepping to an L stance

6. Step forward to a left L cat stance and perform a left upward palm block

7. Step left, 90 degrees to an L stance and perform double knife hand guarding blocks

8. Shift the left foot to a front stance and perform a right upward elbow strike

9. Step the right foot forward to a right L stance and perform double knife hand guarding blocks

15. Perform a stationary left inward twisting, "break away" movement

16. Shift the left foot to a left front stance and perform a right reverse punch

30. Reach the right hand forward, palm down, while reaching with the left hand 90 degrees to the right hand, pull the left foot to a closed stance, and perform a right hooking punch

31. Step out with the right foot to a right L stance, and perform a pole grab

32. Step the right foot to the left foot, closed stance, then step out with the left to a L Stance, and perform a pole grab and Kiyap.
