1. Look left, turn to a left front stance and execute a left down block.

2. Step right to a right front stance and execute a right solar plexis punch.

3. Turn right to a right front stance and execute a right down block.

4. Step to a left front stance and execute a left solar plexis punch.

5. Turn left to  a left front stance and execute a left down block.

6. Step right to a right front stance and execute a right solar plexis punch.

7. Turn right to a right front stance and execute a right down block.

8. Step to a left front stance and execute a left solar plexis punch.

9.  Turn left to a left back stance and execute a left inner forearm block.

10. Step right to a right front stance and execute a right solar plexis punch.

11. Turn right to a right back stance and execute a right inner forearm block.

12. Step to a left front stance and execute a left solar plexis punch.

13. Turn left to a left back stance and execute a left inner forearm block.

14. Step right to a right front stance and execute a right solar plexis punch.

15. Turn right to a right back stance and execute a right inner forearm block.

16.  Step to a left front stance and execute a left solar plexis punch.

18. Step back with the right foot to a left front stance and execute a left solar plexis punch.
