Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals will be awarded for First, Second & Third Places
All participants must have a current CTF membership card.

I, the undersigned, do hereby voluntarily submit my application for attendance and participation in the 2008 MCTKD tournament, and hereby assume full responsibility for any or all damages, injuries, or losses that I may sustain or incur, if any, while attending or participating. I waive all claims against promoters, operators, or sponsors and their staff of the 2008 MCTKD tournament, individually or collectively. I fully understand that any medical treatment given to me will be necessary first aid treatment only.
